Sponsor a student
Put a young person through welding school
Most of our students can't pay the full cost of their training. A sponsor closes the gap, and turns under a year of training into a lifelong trade. 94% of our 2025 graduates found work.

Who you're sponsoring
Oliver Zola came here as a refugee from the DRC. He washed cars and sold second-hand shoes, and he had never held a power tool. He now works on the workshop floor with a trade in his hands.
That is what one sponsorship makes possible.

I used to have nothing to do.
